The HKIB values views and suggestions from its members and encourages members' involvement in the Institute's future development. We encourage members to attend the Annual General Meeting which is a great platform for members to better understand the management and development plans of the Institute, while allowing the Institute to hear views from members and exchange ideas.
NOTE TO MEMBERS:
The 2019 HKIB Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held as scheduled. However, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the HKSAR Government’s appeal for reducing social contact and maintaining social distancing at all times, HKIB will limit attendance in-person at the AGM venue on a first-come-first-served basis. HKIB has arranged for video conference using Zoom so that Members will have an opportunity to attend, vote and ask questions at the meeting. We strongly encourage Members to participate via video conference.
Prior online registration for the event is required for both in-person attendance and video conference participation to be completed on or before 22 June 2020. There will be no examination awards presentation ceremony immediately following this year’s AGM.
