Administration & Operations Officer/Assistant
Job Responsibilities
-
Provide support Administration and Operations Team in routine office and facility management, such as office supply management, venue booking system, evaluation data system, etc
-
Provide support to training logistics (eg enrolment, payment, room setup and data input)
-
Execute measures to manage the quality of training programmes, events and activities
-
Other duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
-
Associate Degree or above with at least 2 years administration and operations working experience
-
Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing

Knowledge of IT is an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Administrations & Operations Assistant position

Immediately available is highly preferred
