Administration & Operations Officer/Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support Administration and Operations Team in routine office and facility management, such as office supply management, venue booking system, evaluation data system, etc

  • Provide support to training logistics (eg enrolment, payment, room setup and data input)

  • Execute measures to manage the quality of training programmes, events and activities

  • Other duties assigned by supervisors


Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above with at least 2 years administration and operations working experience

  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing

  • Knowledge of IT is an advantage

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Administrations & Operations Assistant position

  • Immediately available is highly preferred
