Officer - Marketing, Membership & Regulatory Initiatives
To provide high-quality membership services to HKIB members by supporting the Marketing, Membership, Regulatory & Initiatives (MMRI) Team in executing plans and activities related to membership recruitment and retention.
Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Membership & Regulatory Initiatives team, to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of membership recruitment and retention

Maintain and update membership database and ensure data accuracy
-
Support the planning and execution of membership benefits including liaison with collaborative partners and vendors
-
Draft stakeholders’ communication including e-newsletter, event updates in bi-monthly journal other correspondence
-
Support networking events, seminars, conferences, awards, sponsored luncheons, school projects, government-funded projects, etc.

Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
-
University degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or communication discipline

Minimum 3 years of membership, customer service, sales & marketing or event management experience

Experience in membership recruitment and event management an advantage

Strong communications skills and attention to details

Proactive and a good team player

Outgoing, curious and resourceful

Excellent English and Chinese writing skills with the ability to devise attractive promotion materials and punchy communication messages

Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Officer position
